2, if you have any flow, liquid crystal display is about is too big, by looking at the metal tube flow meter internal parameters setting is wrong, or artificially altered, if confirmed, will the leads on the sensor circuit board disconnect, multimeter is one of the biggest resistance, measure the resistance between the two lines transducer. If the sensor is good, the resistance value should be infinite. If the resistance value is small, the sensor performance is not good, and the measurement accuracy of the flowmeter is affected. And see if there is water in the wiring board box, and if there is a leak out of the meter, all this means that the meter is broken.
