The anticorrosive turbine flowmeter is the main type in the velocity flowmeter. It USES the multi-blade rotor (turbine) to feel the average flow velocity of the fluid, thereby deducing the flow or total meter. Generally, it consists of two parts: the sensor and the display instrument.
1. Installation of the anti-corrosion turbine flowmeter.
Sensor should be measured the temperature of the liquid - 20 - + 120 ℃, relative humidity environment under the condition of no greater than 80% of the work. From the point of view of maintenance convenience, it should be installed in places that are easy to remove and avoid the vibration of piping or the stress of piping. Considering the protection of the amplifier, it should be avoided to make it subject to strong thermal radiation and radioactivity. At the same time, must avoid the outside strong electromagnetic field to test the effects of coil, such as unavoidable, should be added a shield on the sensor amplifier, otherwise interference will seriously affect the work of display instrument often work.
2. Installation position of anti-corrosion turbine flowmeter.
The sensor should be installed horizontally, and the direction of the direction arrow on the sensor should be consistent with the flow direction of the fluid.
3. Main points for piping of anticorrosive turbine.
(1) in order to remove the influence of liquid vortex and cross section velocity on measurement, it is necessary to place the necessary straight segment or rectifier at the sensor inlet and outlet. The direct pipe section of the upstream part (entrance) is generally required (15 -- 20) D (D is the nominal diameter of the sensor). The downstream part (the length of the straight pipe at the outlet is 5D), while the straight pipe diameter and sensor pass.
In addition, in order to effectively remove the eddy current and improve the measurement accuracy, the straight pipe section of the upstream part can be transferred into a rectifier. The length of the straight tube in the upstream part of the French rectifier is (10 -- 20) D.
(2) in order to remove impurities in the fluid, ensure the normal work of the sensor and improve the life of the sensor, the tube on the front of the sensor should be equipped with a filter with a number of 3 -- 9 eyes/cm 2. In general, the size of the large size is sparse, and the size of the mesh is small. In order to ensure the normal operation of the sensor, filter screen should be selected according to actual usage.
(3) when welding sensor inlet flange, it must be noted that there is no prominent part in the pipe. When the inlet flange is connected, the outer circumference of the two flanges should be completely anastomosed, and the gasket should not be exposed to the tube. The eccentric reducer will cause uneven flow velocity, so it cannot be used.
(4) in order to ensure the need of maintenance under the working path, the valve should be installed in the pipe before and after the transmitter (stop valve), and the bypass pipe should be set. Flow control valves must be installed downstream of the sensor. When the sensor is in use, the load check valve installed upstream must be fully open to avoid turbulence in the upstream part of the fluid.
(5) when the flow rate of the sensor is too high (exceeding the limit of flow range), the bearing will be accelerated by high speed. For this reason, the flow rate of the flow control valve can be adjusted by the flow control valve in the lower part of the flow when there is an expected excessive flow.
(6) due to pipe gas can bring great error to sensor measurement, so the seafarer should pay special attention to be measured in the liquid mixed with gas, especially for measuring light liquid medium must be equipped with air separator. The air separator's piping to the sensor should be tilted up to install, allowing the gas to accumulate. In addition, attention should be paid to the control of the downstream pressure of the sensor, the size of the back luxury can be calculated according to the following formula:
Pa acuity delta P + 1.25 Pv
In the formula: Pa -- lower back pressure;
The pressure loss of the sensor during the maximum flow rate; Pv - saturation vapor pressure of the medium at the highest temperature.
(7) in the new pipe installed on the sensor, in order to avoid impurities into the sensor in pipeline, should use an empty pipe instead of sensors running after a period of time, confirm the impurities have excluded and changing the sensor.
(8) nominal pressure PN16, 25 mpa sensors in the installation, should be cold edge of the card sets, nut thread and all contact parts with a small amount of lubricating oil in order to nut, card set set on the pipe, and then insert the tube sensor shell at the bottom of the cone hole, put is card sets, at the same time in the screw nut of rotating tube until didn't move.
